Overview:

Pickup from airport in New Delhi and next day half day New Delhi City Tour and drive to Jaipur. Jaipur visit Amber Fort and City Palace, after sightseeing drive to Agra. Agra visit Taj Mahal and after Taj Mahal we visit Agra Fort and some shopping in Agra and three hours drive to New Delhi drop at Airport flight to next destination.

Day 1: Arrive New Delhi (No Meal)

Arrive New Delhi Airport You will be met at the airport by our representative and transfer to your hotel.

Overnight: Golden Tulip or Similar

Day 2: New Delhi City tour and 4-Hrs drive to Jaipur (B, L)

After breakfast leave for a sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. We visit Jama Masjid, this immense mosque is both the largest in India and the final architectural extravagance of Shah Jahan with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees. 

Later we drive past Red Fort citadel. Visit Raj Ghat, a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi is a simple black marble platform that marks the spot of his cremation on 31 January, 1948. In New Delhi we visit the 11th century Qutab Minar Tower, built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty, who took possession of Delhi in 1206. The India Gate, President’s House and Parliament House all dating back to the time of British Raj.

After Lunch drive to Jaipur ‘pink city’. Delhi/Jaipur (260 Kms / 4-5 Hrs)

Overnight: Ramada or Similar

Day 3: Jaipur City Tour and 4-Hrs drive to Agra (B, L)

After breakfast visit of Amber Fort, which used to be the capital of the Kachhwaha clan, till Jaipur was made the official capital in 1727. Hawa Mahal - built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, Hawa Mahal is the most stunning sight in the city of Jaipur. 

After lunch, proceed to visit City Palace, the principle residence of the ruling family and is known for its stunning architecture. Part of it now converted into a magnificent museum. Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory raised in the 18th century.

Time permitting visit cottage industry specializing in hand-woven carpets & textiles Witness how silk carpets are handmade.

Evening depart to the home town of Taj Mahal – Agra, takes you through the beautiful countryside Jaipur/Agra (240 Kms / 4 Hrs).

Day 4: Agra City Tour and 3-Hrs drive to New Delhi (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel and leave to explore the monumental heritage of the Great Mughals, including the magnificent Taj Mahal (Closed on Fridays), a Unesco World Heritage Site is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife. It's a wealth of white marble and semi-precious stone – « undoubtedly the highlight of the tour ». 

Also visit the imposing Agra Fort, a Unesco World Heritage Site this powerful fortress of red sandstone encompasses, within its 2.5-km-long enclosure walls, the imperial city of the Mughal rulers. It comprises many fairy-tale palaces, such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan, audience halls, such as the Diwan-i-Khas, and two very beautiful mosques.

After lunch Transfer to New Delhi and Agra/New Delhi (200Kms/3 Hrs) On Arrival & drop at New Delhi Airport to board in homebound flight
